LoneStar Australia is the Australasian hub for the world’s leading producer of specialist fasteners and bolting products, in a huge range of materials, sizes and grades.
We provide a complete, global supply chain of products and services, while maintaining a vast stock of products and materials. That means we can supply practically any size of SAE, ASTM or ISO standard fastener, fast.
Precision bolts and certified fasteners
We manufacture to drawings, producing fasteners with special threads and tight tolerances, in a practically unlimited range of diameters and lengths.
ASTM studbolts
We hold one of the largest inventories of fully certified ASTM fasteners in the industry. Stock includes studbolt assemblies, as well as finished and semi finished fasteners including hex bolts, socket products, and nuts in carbon and stainless steel, plus exotic grades such as duplex, super duplex and 660. Fasteners can be supplied in accordance with PED 97/23/EC Annex 1 para 4.3.
API bolting
We manufacture and supply a full range of bolting products to conform with American Petroleum Institute standards for operational and environmental safety and efficiency.
High temperature, creep resistant fasteners
We manufacture creep resistant materials for use in high temperature applications like gas and steam turbines, aero derivative engines, steam chests, boilers, pressure vessels and valves. We specialize in turbine coupling bolts and rotor studs with very tight tolerances and concentricity typically used for coupling rotating equipment.
IFI
We manufacture products to the rigorous specifications of the Industrial Fasteners Institute, ensuring quality, safety and uniformity. Guidelines cover dimensions, mechanical properties, finish data and tightening information.
ASME
We stock and manufacture nuclear fasteners to the relevant quality standards, including NQA-1, ASME NCA 3800 and 10CFR50B.
Level 1 fasteners
Typically used in critical applications where failure could have significant consequences, these fasteners are made from non ferrous metals like Monel, K500, 718 and titanium. Often used in military contexts, they ensure reliability under extreme conditions.
Machined components and OEM parts
By collaborating with OEM companies in the oil and gas and power generation sectors, we have grown from a fastener supplier to a complete supply chain partner for engineered and turned parts.
